Laboratory water purifier is a device for preparing pure water for laboratory inspection and quarantine. Laboratory water purifiers are suitable for testing centers, scientific research institutes, universities, hospitals, and corporate laboratories to provide required analysis and test water, reagent water, experiment water and analytical instrument water. Laboratory water purifiers should be regarded as the second generation for experimental pure water, and the first generation is a distilled water machine.
Laboratory water can be divided into primary water. The resistance requirement is greater than 10MΩ.cm (conductivity is less than 0.1us/cm). It is mainly used for analytical tests with strict requirements, including tests for particles. Secondary water, the resistance requirement is greater than 10MΩ (conductivity is less than 0.1us/cm), mainly used for inorganic trace analysis and other tests. The tertiary water is used for general chemical analysis test. Tertiary water can be prepared by distillation or ion exchange methods.
Working principle of laboratory water purifier:
In the resin exchange process, all ions are exchanged. We call this phenomenon "failure". The ratio of the work exchange capacity obtained after regeneration to the total work exchange capacity is called the resin regeneration degree.
What are the influencing factors of laboratory water purifiers?
